October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and West Virginia Secretary of State Kris Warner is highlighting the Address Confidentiality Program.

The ACP is for people who have escaped or are trying to escape from domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking. The program allows those people to do business with government agencies and other entities without risking disclosure of their home addresses. Legal Affairs
