Government ID, proof of county connection now required to speak at school board meetings

Unless you are a Frederick County Public Schools student, staff member or parent, or a Frederick County resident, business owner or property owner, you are prohibited from speaking at school board meetings, under an updated policy.

Additionally, public speakers at Frederick County Board of Education meetings will now be asked to prove their connection to the county or school district with government-issued identification or other documents.
