COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The City of College Station will start repairing a waterline near Southwood Valley Elementary School Wednesday afternoon, shutting off water to several homes in the area.

Houses in the 2700 block of Brothers Blvd. and the 1300 block of Deacon Dr. will have water shut off when repairs begin.

Repairs are set to start at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22.

Southwood Valley Elementary School will also be closed for at least a day due to repairs.

College Station ISD has informed parents that all children will be dismissed at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. All after-school activities for Wednesday are canceled, including Kids Klub and Music Club. According to CSISD, Kids Klub families will receive additional pickup information from Community Education.
