CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Fountain Square double shooting suspect violated his probation the moment he picked up a gun, one he is seen firing on a surveillance camera, court records show.
Shaquille Ferguson is prohibited from having that kind of weapon due to his felony conviction for aggravated assault just three months ago.
Now, the Hamilton County Probation Department recommends Common Pleas Court Judge Christopher McDowell revoke Ferguson’s probation and send him to prison.
That’s exactly what the judge could do at Thursday’s hearing.
