Sephora opens huge new UK branch an hour from Bristol View 3 Images

Cult beauty giant Sephora has opened a huge new UK store just an hour away from Bristol. Up to 800 shoppers are estimated to have queued to enter the Cardiff branch as it opened today (October 23), with some waiting for hours to get in first.

As confetti exploded into the air and Tom Jones' 'It's Not Unusual' echoed through the speakers, there was a resounding cheer as the first customers stepped into the store inside the St David's Centre shopping mall.

Many in the queue had set their alarms earlier than usual to experience opening day, reports Wales Online . Among them was Shania Drouin from Cardiff, who arrived bright and early after dropping off her children.
