Two Brothers Organic Farms, a Maharashtra-based organic food brand, has raised ₹110 crore ($12.4 million) from a Series B fundraise led by 360 ONE Asset, and also saw participation from Rainmatter Investments, Narotam Sekhsaria Family Offices and Rahul Garg (ex-Premji Invest Senior Partner)

Argus Partners advised lead investor 360 ONE Asset as well as Narotam Sekhsaria Family Offices on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Pallavi Kanakagiri (Partner), Siddharth Malakar (Senior Associate) and Aradhana Pandit (Associate).
