Celebrity makeup artist Daniel Martin is lighting up a new kind of project.

Martin, known for his work with Meghan Markle and a host of other A-listers, is adding a new passion project to his repertoire — a limited-edition candle that’s as luxurious as it is pet-friendly.

Launching Oct. 23, the candle is a collaboration with clean-burning, pet-conscious brand Companion Candles , founded by entrepreneur Loren Lewin. The scent, La Forêt Noire ($44.99) , blends wintermint and embered juniper for a smoky and sophisticated aroma — a far cry from the usual pumpkin spice fall favorites. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Mission Meow , a charity funding small, community-based cat rescues.
