The AAP claims the video, allegedly created using artificial intelligence, was disseminated to undermine Mann's reputation.

In response to the video's circulation, legal actions have been taken. The Punjab Police registered a case against Canada-based Jagman Samra, accused of posting the video, which is deemed vulgar and intended to incite hatred. A Mohali court has mandated that social media giants Facebook and Google remove the video immediately.
