Le Cordon Bleu is celebrating its 130th anniversary with The Bleu Table U.S. Tour , a series of culinary experiences led by Parisian chef instructor Frédéric Deshayes.
The tour makes three stops this November in Atlanta, San Francisco and Brooklyn, inviting food lovers to explore the artistry of French gastronomy. In Brooklyn, the event will take place on Thursday, Nov. 13, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Hudson Table in Williamsburg.
Attendees can expect hands-on workshops, tastings and demonstrations highlighting the precision and creativity that define Le Cordon Bleu’s legacy.
