CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - A Carter County man was arrested and charged as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation, according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.
Charles Burnett, 27, of Grayson, was arrested on October 21 after deputies conducted a search and found large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine, as well as multiple firearms and ammunition, deputies said.
The investigation is in collaboration with the Grayson Police Department and the Olive Hill Police Department.
Burnett was charged with 11 counts of varying offenses, including fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, according to deputies.
Deputies also say Burnett has committed multiple traffic violations in addition to his cha
