A chilly and dry fall weather pattern is taking-shape across much of the east coast. Chilly nights, cool afternoons and dry weather will prevail through the weekend. The chance of rain increases next week, as an area of low pressure develops to our south.
A stretch of chilly weather is underway
Similar to Wednesday, our Thursday afternoon began with lots of sunshine. As temperatures warm into the upper 50s and 60s, clouds will bubble up. Plan on a mix of sun and clouds through the afternoon. Temperatures will peak in the upper 50s and lower 60s northwest of Baltimore.
In the city, afternoon temperatures are forecast to peak in the mid-60s. Further east, temperatures will be in the low to mid-60s around 4 p.m. across the eastern shore. Breezy winds will gust up to 30 MPH through late aft
