Rozier, a guard for the Miami Heat, provided insider information to accomplices who used fake bettors to gamble based on the tips. Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Joseph Nocella described the scope of the operations at a press conference, focusing on the millions of dollars in profits generated illegally.
