As dozens of federal agents reportedly were set to arrive at Coast Guard Island near Alameda, protesters trying to block vehicles from entering the base were met with flash bangs and use of force.

Video captured one of the vehicles running over a protester.

The protesters started arriving early in the morning and walking in groups back and forth across a crosswalk on the roadway in and out of the base entrance.
