It's been more than a year since former NFL and Vanderbilt University quarterback Jay Cutler was first arrested for DUI after rear-ending a GMC , and the Franklin Police Department is just now releasing the video showing his arrest.

The Tennessean filed a records request for the video after Cutler took an August plea deal in Williamson County Circuit Court, effectively closing his case.

Cutler was originally charged with driving under the influence, failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision, implied consent and possession of a handgun because he had a rifle in the backseat and a loaded Glock in the center console at the time of the crash in October 2024, court documents show.
