Portland protests at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building continue apace as the nation watches what a federal judge will decide on her order barring the National Guard from coming to the city.
U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut has set a hearing Friday morning on the federal government’s motion to throw out her restraining order banning the Guard in Portland for now.
Immergut could potentially rule at the end of the hearing.
