NEW YORK – It might only be one game, but consider Knicks coach Mike Brown satisfied with what he saw from his team’s offense in its season-opening win over the Cavaliers .
“We want to play fast all the time, just pressure them, pressure them, pressure them,” Brown said after the Knicks’ 119-111 win over Cleveland Oct. 22 at Madison Square Garden.
The new coach acknowledged it wasn’t always perfect. The Knicks’ offense did get stagnant at times, especially in the third quarter when Cleveland outscored the Knicks 37-22 to come back from a 15-point deficit and tie the game.
