MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Harpers Ferry man has been found guilty on an indecent exposure charge following a two-day trial in Berkeley County.

Ronald Glenn Kisner, II, 40, was found guilty stemming from an incident that occurred on March 4 in the parking lot of the Target store in the Commons shopping center in Martinsburg.

Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Kinser said Kisner was sentenced to 1-5 years in prison, to run consecutively to any sentence arising out of an upcoming federal court case.

Kinser expressed his appreciation to the victim for “the courage she showed during her testimony without which justice could not have been secured.”

The trial wrapped up Oct. 16.
