SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A man was caught on a dash cam during a truck theft incident from a Shreveport business.

On Sept. 15, around 1:40 a.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) began investigating a vehicle theft that occurred in the early morning hours on the 2100 block of Line Avenue.

Officers discovered that a Dodge Ram, belonging to a local business, had been stolen along with an attached trailer, which sustained damage during the theft.

The business had equipped the truck with a dash camera that captured clear footage of the suspect and the incident.

Detectives reviewed the footage and released images to the public, asking for help locating the man.
