Maddie Bell and Blake Dyer cored two goals each Wednesday night to help lift the West Perry field hockey team to a 6-0 victory over Annville-Cleona in a first-round District 3 Class 1A contest

Zoe Steppe added a goal and Briley Comp made 10 saves in goal to post the clean sheet.

West Perry, the tournament’s fifth seed, improves to 14-3 with the win and will travel to fourth-seeded Boiling Springs (15-3) for a quarterfinal contest slated for 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
