The Toronto Blue Jays are just one day away from kicking off the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Toronto will welcome the Dodgers to Rogers Centre on Friday night and one of the biggest questions for the Blue Jays is whether two-time All-Star Bo Bichette will be able to take the field with the team. Bichette hasn't played in a game since Sept. 6 against the New York Yankees as he has dealt with a left-knee injury.
When the Blue Jays punched their ticket to the World Series by knocking out the Seattle Mariners in the American League Championship Series, Bichette said he would "be ready" for the World Series, as shared by The Athletic's Dennis Lin .
