“ High Potential ” continues to live up to its name. According to ABC, Season 2 of the hit drama continues to impress, currently serving as the fall’s No. 1 entertainment series in broadcast primetime among total viewers in live+7 day viewing. ABC research crunched the numbers, and say that reps the first time a 10 p.m. drama has topped the entertainment rankings since the 1999-2000 season, when NBC’s “ER” last accomplished that feat.
“High Potential” wraps the first half of its Season 2 with a fall finale on Oct. 28. Heading into that episode, the show is exhibiting solid growth vs. last fall — up 29% with total viewers (7.62 million vs. 5.91 million in 2024) after four episodes (through Oct. 7), which is the largest year-to-year improvement of any broadcast drama this season.
