Christmas Day is getting an upgrade this year as Pullman Adelaide unveils its most extravagant festive experience yet. It’s a lavish luncheon is back again, served high above the city in the Hindmarsh Ballroom on Level 15.
They’re calling it a feast of abundance, with more than seventy dishes laid out across stations and carveries, and seafood shining as the star.
“For us, Christmas means indulgence, celebration, and incredible seafood, and that’s where this year’s menu really steals the show,” Vrinda says.
