Besides having an Oscar-winning career, Diane Keaton was also one of Los Angeles’ most accomplished house flippers. And now, one of her precious architectural gemstones is up for sale.

The Beverly Hills estate has an A-list history, having been owned in the past by Madonna and bought by Keaton in 2007 for $8.1 million. Glee creator Ryan Murphy bought the place in 2010 from the late actress for $10 million, but he left most of Keaton’s touches in place when he sold it to private owners in 2015 for $16.25 million. Now, it’s on the market for $25 million, per the New York Post.
