BLACKFOOT — Lanae Workman, owner of Paisley Cakes, is excited to announce a fun event in Blackfoot for the holidays. The second annual light contest, complete with a map of local holiday light displays, is called Blackfoot's Brightest Christmas Light Contest. This festive event invites residents and businesses to deck the halls and illuminate their properties with dazzling Christmas lights for the community to enjoy.

How to participate:

Decorate: Unleash your creativity and transform your home or business into a winter wonderland.

Shine bright: Turn on your lights from 6 to 11 p.m. from Dec. 1 to Dec. 20.
