Three local organizations, Family Service Kent, Neighbourlink and Canadian Cancer Society’s Wheels of Hope, have partnered to recruit volunteer drivers to assist residents in need of transportation.

Volunteer drivers play a important role in helping seniors, people with disabilities, and those diagnosed with cancer access essential services such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, as well as social activities, stated a joint media release.
This aims to bridge the transportation gap, promoting independence and social inclusion for vulnerable populations.
