Elm Park centenarian has seen it all: Down memory lane with Kitty!

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — If you ask 100-year-old Catherine Perkowski if anything’s new, grab a chair. You may be sitting for a while.

“Nothing gets past me, I’ve seen it all,” says the Elm Park resident, who just happens to be Staten Island’s latest centenarian.
