9-1-1: Nashville star Isabelle Tate’s cause of death has reportedly been revealed.
Tate died from a rare neurological disorder, a rep for the actress told Entertainment Weekly on Thursday, October 23.
“Isabelle ‘Izzy’ Tate had a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease,” Kim McCray, founder of Tate’s The McCray Agency, told the outlet in a statement via email.
The email also noted that Tate “passed away peacefully” and that her family “requests privacy as they deal with this sudden and shocking loss.”
