A bride included an edible nod to her profession in psychology on her wedding day.

When psychologist Lizania Borrayo got married on Sept. 27 at Villa Sola Cabiati in Lake Como, Italy, she and her husband, pilot Ryan Frankhouser, not only served a traditional millefoglie cake, but also surprised guests with two bloody cakes in the shape of realistic human brains.
