When psychologist Lizania Borrayo got married on Sept. 27 at Villa Sola Cabiati in Lake Como, Italy, she and her husband, pilot Ryan Frankhouser, not only served a traditional millefoglie cake, but also surprised guests with two bloody cakes in the shape of realistic human brains.
