Crvena Zvezda defeated Baskonia at home in the sixth round of the EuroLeague (90-72), but that’s not the only good news for the club’s fans.
Earlier in the day, the arrival of Jared Butler, a player with NBA experience, was made official. He is expected to bring additional quality to the team.
After the game against Baskonia , Zvezda’s coach Sasa Obradovic also spoke about Butler.
“I expect there will certainly be a period of adaptation. It’s good that we have another winner; I spoke with him when he was supposed to come to motivate him. I think he’s an excellent player; he’s excited and eager to secure a good position in this team, which he deserves with his rating. I’m sure he will make a difference for us.”
