Police investigating graffiti with the name 'Howard' around Greater Manchester have charged a suspect with two counts of criminal damage.

Ben Daye, 32, of Cobden Street, Moston, has been charged with the two offences, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) confirmed in a statement issued this evening (Thursday, October 23).

Mr Daye is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on January 28, 2026.
