Michigan Center, Hanover-Horton prepare for conference title clash

The champions of the East and champions of the West in the Cascades Conference meet up on Saturday at Michigan Center to play for a conference title.

Michigan Center (8-0, 4-0 Cascades East) will host Hanover-Horton (6-2, 5-0 Cascades West).
