LSU junior linebacker Whit Weeks has not been able to practice this week and is still considered doubtful to play in Saturday's matchup with Texas A&M , LSU coach Brian Kelly said Thursday.
Weeks was listed as doubtful on Wednesday's SEC availability report. The star linebacker has been dealing with a bone bruise on his ankle since the Tigers' loss to Ole Miss in Week 5.
Besides Weeks, Kelly confirmed that LSU is listing fifth-year senior defensive tackle Bernard Gooden as probable and fifth-year senior edge rusher Jimari Butler as available to play on Saturday.
Gooden missed last week's game against Vanderbilt with a bruised collarbone. Butler also sat out last Saturday's trip to Nashville due to an ankle injury.
Also listed on Wednesday's availability report were sophomore edge
