A man working for a mortgage company was shot and killed on the job in Stafford County, Virginia, as he went to change the locks on a foreclosed home on Tuesday, authorities say.
Michael Dodge II was the victim, the sheriff’s office said. He was a 35-year-old husband and father.

“You could’ve sold the house. There were options. And the option that you took was to murder my child,” Dodge’s mother, Lea Dodge, told News4.
