The 2025 high school football season enters the ninth week for teams across El Paso and Texas.

There will be 27 El Paso teams in action on Thursday, Oct. 23 and Friday, Oct. 24. San Elizario, Burges, Montwood and Cathedral are off this week.

Among the top games are Del Valle vs. Andress, Riverside vs. Austin, Clint vs. Fabens and Eastlake vs. Franklin.

There are 11 weeks in the regular season, followed by the start of the playoffs in all six classes.
