Driving through the heat of a busy city, a man suddenly spotted something heartbreaking — a tiny puppy lying motionless beside a bench on the sidewalk. The pavement shimmered under the summer sun, and he feared the little one had collapsed from exhaustion and dehydration. Without hesitation, he stopped his car and ran across the street to help.
