It all went down Thursday night at Shelley High School.

First, it was the host No. 1 Russets upending the No. 5 Bonneville Bees, 3-1, in an intense, hard-fought battle. The Bees had gone on a bit of a Cinderella run and looked every part the upsetters. But Shelley held strong, and senior stalwarts such as Mallory Higham and Josslyn Ivie propelled them into the championship, where they met the No. 3 Hillcrest Knights.
