The Garfield County Planning Commission on Wednesday night recommended the denial of the proposed Planned Unit Development amendment for Spring Valley Ranch, which aims to build 577 homes in rural southeast GarCo. Now the landowners are preparing to take a step back and engage further with the stakeholders, but are still committed to developing the land.
