Dartmouth Town Meeting fixes deficit, OKs new rules on rule

DARTMOUTH — Dartmouth's 2025 Fall Town Meeting passed all 14 articles on the warrant Tuesday night, Oct. 21 , at Dartmouth High School, including one that changes how governing bodies introduce new rules and regulations, and another to balance a spending deficit after a tough year when it came to supplying enough water for the town.

Dealing with a water spending deficit, addressed in Article 5 , was a first for Dartmouth, Town Administrator Cody Haddad said, and hopefully, the last time it happens.
