: The ongoing investigation into the mysterious death of popular singer Zubeen Garg has entered a crucial phase, with Singapore authorities agreeing to extend legal assistance and share vital evidence with Assam Police.

Addressing the media on Thursday, Additional Director General of Police Munna Prasad Gupta said the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the case held a high-level meeting in Singapore with a five-member team from the Singapore Police. “The meeting was productive. Singapore authorities have assured full cooperation, including the transfer of official documents and forensic reports through legal channels,” Gupta said.
