Brandon and Michele Spry own and operate several businesses, including Midway Electric, at 7301 W. Henderson Road just outside of Columbia. Looking for a change, they connected with Rejigg , a platform that helps business owners sell their operations.

This led to a connection with Missouri native, Savannah Rush, a co-managing partner of Funded Ventures , which invests in small businesses with an eye toward growth. Its portfolio also includes Naugle Heating and Cooling of Tecumseh, Michigan; Terrace Wealth, an investment adviser in St. Louis; and Relay Legal, a litigation support service firm based in St. Louis and Chicago.
