On a sunny "No Kings" day last weekend I took a tour of our wonderful community. I do that sometimes to remind myself of the beauty of our city. The trees and their leaves were especially welcoming with shades of colors you could almost taste. No computer-imagined Artificial Intelligence will ever match it.
Sometimes we forget the special free pleasures of just looking at the gifts nature produces for us. Put it down on your own Bucket List this year: embrace a pure-white winter snowfall, marvel at an early spring day that comes alive with flowers and freshly budding leaves, or absorb the warmth of a sunny midsummer day.
