ITC Hotels reported a 0.31 per cent YoY profit decline in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 133.29 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 133.71 crore in Q2 FY25.

Furthermore, the ITC reported a 2.8 per cent YoY revenue growth in the quarter. The company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 832 crore in Q2 FY26. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company’s revenue stood at Rs 808 crore.

Furthermore, the company announced that it has approved the elevation of Sudhir Gupta to Vice President – Procurement.
