EVANSVILLE — The public will not have the opportunity to see any of the projections or proposals made regarding the new city-led ambulance service, according to an attorney working on behalf of the mayor's office.

Dirck Stahl, an attorney with Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel and Shoulders, sent a public records request denial on behalf of the city Monday evening, a response to a a Courier & Press records request from early September.

The Courier & Press requested revenue and expenditure projections for the planned ambulance service, as well as any proposal documents created for the department.

Stahl said the records would be withheld under Ind. Code 5-14
