The Residences at the Greens , a senior apartment complex near Meijer along Fulton Drive NW in Jackson Township, has changed ownership for $6 million.

RG Partners LLC, which has a Beachwood address, purchased the roughly 20.3 acres from ABC Gardens LLC, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

The McCrea Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 2040 Mc Crea St. in Alliance also changed hands. McCrea Propco LLC, which has a Mayfield Heights address, purchased the property from Stark Health Care Investments LLC for $3 million.
