LISBON A Leetonia man was sentenced to two years of intensive supervision probation and received a suspended jail term Wednesday after a conviction for voyeurism in Columbiana County Municipal Court.

Scott Andre, of Leetonia, was found guilty of the third-degree misdemeanor charge of voyeurism by Judge Timothy McNicol, after Andre pleaded no contest.

The court sentenced Andre to 60 days in the county jail, but the entire 60-day term was suspended. Andre was also ordered to pay a $500 criminal fine and total court fees of $1,020.

As part of the conditions of his sentence, Andre was placed on 60 days of electronic monitoring house arrest. He is also required to register as a sex offender.
