COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Delaware Municipal Court is offering wedding ceremonies for those who wish to say "I boo" this Halloween.
In partnership with the Delaware County Probate Court and Delaware County Historical Society, the municipal court will marry up to 10 couples on Oct. 31 at the Historic Jail and Sheriff’s Residence .
The ceremonies begin at 12:30 p.m. and end at 3 p.m. Judges Mark Fowler and David Hejmanowski will officiate the weddings among pumpkins, skeletons and eerie displays.
Before the ceremony, all prospective spouses must present a valid marriage license from the probate court in their county of residence. Marriage licenses are obtained at the probate court on the third floor.
Couples must also schedule a time with the municipal court and pay a $40 ceremony fee
