A bagel shop in Detroit's Core City is launching a new dining series.

The series, called Bagels with Buds, features well-known Detroit chefs and kicks off on Oct. 30 at Bev’s Bagels . The shop at 4884 Grand River opened in the spring and is known for its variety of sourdough bagels, schmears and other menu items.
