ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – As the temperature starts to cool down in Albuquerque, the city's fire department is preparing to respond to small outside fires that typically occur more often during the colder months.
Albuquerque Fire Rescue announced that its Brush 3 truck, a 2024 Ford F-350 equipped with a high-pressure pump and a 150-gallon water tank, will start running again on Nov. 1. The truck will be dispatched from Station 3 near Girard and Central, and will mainly focus on East Central and the NE Heights, but can be sent wherever it is needed based on demand.
