New Delhi: Bihar is set to vote in two phases on November 6 and 11, with both the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan making a final push to woo voters with promises. The contest is expected to be closely fought between the two blocs.
Of the total 243 assembly constituencies, two are reserved for Scheduled Tribes (STs) and 38 for Scheduled Castes (SCs).
In the first phase, polling will be held in 121 constituencies, setting the tone for what is shaping up to be one of the most competitive elections in recent years.
