POLAND An Ohio State Senator is speaking out on the proposed relocation of the Poland Library branch of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County (PLYMC).

Senator Al Cutrona wrote a letter directed toward the Board of Trustees of the PLYMC, voicing his support for the preservation of the Poland branch.

"Nestled in the heart of Poland Village, this branch serves as both a beloved community cornerstone and a valuable architectural and historical landmark that has enriched the area for nearly thirty years," said Senator Cutrona in the letter.

Senator Cutrona goes on to say that he is urging Board of Trustees members to "listen to the community's concerns and recognize the lasting value of maintaining the library" in Poland Village.
